Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract concluded with the customer and to meet legal obligations (e.g., accounting and resolution of consumer disputes). Personal data is used to manage customer orders, deliver goods, compile summaries of purchased goods and services, and analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used for refunding payments and providing customer support. The user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed to provide the e-shop service and for web usage statistics.

The customer’s personal data is stored and processed on servers of Erply Software OÜ. Personal data is not transferred to third parties except for authorized processors.

Personal data is stored on the servers of Erply Software OÜ, located within the territories of the European Union member states or countries associated with the European Economic Area.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

To access or correct personal data, please contact the Merchant by sending an email to info@finetrek.ee.

Withdrawal of Consent

If the processing of personal data is based on the customer's consent, the customer can withdraw their consent by contacting the Merchant via email.

Retention

Personal data is retained in accordance with applicable laws and as necessary for accounting and the resolution of consumer disputes.

Deletion

Direct Marketing Messages

Direct marketing messages are sent only if the customer has given consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, they can contact the Merchant by sending an email to info@finetrek.ee.

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support by sending an email to info@finetrek.ee. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
